Steel inspection doors

 

1.Determination 

        Manhole is intended as doorway to installation and inspection chambers. Usually used in ascending pipes, laundry chute or switch boars. Intended to place where need quick and simple access.
Product is absolutely maintenance-free with guarantee of long lifetime.

2.Types

• EW (S) 15-90 DP1
• EI (S) 15–90 DP1
• No fire safety

3.Implementation:

• Hidden ( under wall facing)
• Recognized (on wall surface)

4.Size of manhole:

• Single wing:  min. 200/200 mm – max. 800/1600mm
• Double wings: min.800/1600mm – max. 1200/2200mm

5.Surface arrangement

• Galvanized iron sheet
• Paint coat ( accordance of RAL gamut )
• Metallic colour
• Komaxit (powdery baked colour in RAL gamut)
• Stain steel

6. Frame

Possibility of separate assembly of frame and consequently complement of wing. There is Promaseal - PL fireproof tape between wing and frame which will froth and fill up the joint when fire and make it more durable
Smoke proof manhole wing is fitted by rubber tamping to stop permeance of cold smoke.
